Every Shower Can Be Even More Refreshing

It's time to make your master bath everything you've dreamed of!

Ready for a bath remodel that transforms your space to reflect YOU?

A bathroom remodel can provide you with:

A stunning bathroom makes you feel even more beautiful!

My mother instilled in me the importance of skincare and self-care. Setting aside time for yourself means you need a well-functioning bathroom that provides you with proper lighting, functional storage, and a relaxed atmosphere to feel your very best. You need functional storage and a place for everything so that getting ready in the morning and evening is organized and easy.

The day goes more smoothly when you start off with a great routine, free of clutter. Self-care and wellness aren’t just about looking your best, they’re about your health, wellness, and vibrance. Having a special retreat in your home, just for you is part of living your most healthy life.

How do you prepare for and end your day? Remodeling your bathroom to reflect how you live can help your self-care routines feel even better!

Here are Some of my Favorite Recent Bath Remodel Projects:

Bath Remodel by Designs by Kyong

This bath remodel client was a delight to work with. She’s a long-time, return client of mine and wanted her summer home to feel like a true vacation and escape. Last remodeled 25 years ago, the bathroom was getting dated. There was a large tub that swallowed the bathroom and the space was dark and claustrophobic. Not exactly inspiring that relaxing getaway she was going for.

The design involved getting rid of the existing tub, reconfiguring the shower space, and increasing storage for her clothing. We began shopping for materials, using the perfect piece of granite as our starting point.

We finally found one that captivated the eye like a work of art and would be used as the main wall in the shower. Once that was selected, everything fell into place and the color scheme came together beautifully.

This contemporary bathroom remodel offers just the right amount of Bohemian accent and gives a “soft” water movement look that reflects the ocean just outside the window. This bath remodel transformed the bathroom into a luxurious sanctuary that’s both functional and provides tasteful storage.

Space was limited in this bath remodel, but look at what we accomplished even with that challenge! When I began this design project, there was a half wall in the middle of the room, a small vanity, and no storage. It was dark, old, and ready to be updated.

My design involved removing a wall, adding in a larger window, and creating a luxurious walk-in shower.

With warm colors, plenty of light, and character-adding texture, this room is a huge hit!

For extra creature comforts, there are controls to the shower on the wall so you can warm the water up before stepping in, and of course… what bath remodel would be complete without a bidet?

Stunning Bath Remodel by Kyong Agapiou of Designs by Kyong

“Kyong has fabulous taste, is extremely easy to work with, is unbelievably knowledgeable about her business, and has a definite eye for what I was looking for. Kyong decorated my whole house and was the architect of a new kitchen and two new bathrooms of which I am 100% thrilled with.”
Jim and Michaele Imbrogno

“Kyong and I have accomplished many a design/build project together. She’s created many wonderful designs. She never ceases to amaze us. I‘ve always been satisfied with how she can creatively solve the hurdles and stay within budget. From a small bathroom to a complete house build I would highly recommend her.”
